Here’s how I made tuna falafilles with clover leaf seafoods. Prep your ingredients. Then blend one can of low sodium flake-like tuna with chickpeas, onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir in flour and shape into small patties. Pan fry on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Fill your pa how you like and get ready to enjoy.
