Barlume offers three levels of dining experiences that seamlessly combine culinary artistry with the electric energy of NYC. The café transitions from a welcoming breakfast spot to a vibrant evening wine bar, offering a curated selection of wines and aperitifs chosen by LDV’s wine director, Alessio de Sensi. At the heart of Barlume, the main dining room features a menu crafted by chef Juan Vazquez that highlights natural ingredients and coastal-inspired flavors.
