¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp anchovies

¾ cup black and white olives, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken stock
½ cup pasta water
Salt and pepper, to taste

hi Chef, is the can of tomaotes 400g?
May I use cherry tomatoes instead of canned diced tomatoes?
I dont used canned or jar tomato sauce. Instead I used blender over riped fresh tomato with italian seasoning. It is really good.
I also add capers .
