not my favorite pasta from Rana (got it on sale thought I would give a try) any Rana pasta recommendation?

    If you can choose from a list of filling, go for the one that sounds more appealing to you. Rana is a good commercial brand in Italy, and you shouldn’t find bad surprises along the product line.

    Rana It’s not bad, It’s probably better not to follow the cooking times, I personally think they’re too soft.

    when you don’t know what to cook the, take the classic tortellini with meat, make a sauce with mushrooms champignon, peas, prosciutto cotto and fresh cream…

    Cappeletti are nice if done in brodo. But tbh all the range is pretty meh

    My two favourites are the Gorgonzola & Walnut ravioli and the Ricotta & Spinach tortellini.

    Oh, I love the Brasato filling… I don’t know if it’s available outside Italy, but try it if you can!
