I’m back! Thanks for everyone who responded to my last message! I made the macarons, but my last batch turned out like this, with the bottoms sticking to the mat.
Is the mat the problem is it the macarons? I’m so sad 🙁

Are they underbaked?

This can be a few different things since macarons are finicky. For me I lowered the temp 10 degrees and cooked a little longer. My tops were done but they weren’t finished on the bottom. Thats if you want to keep the sil mat

I hope you are using an oven thermometer. I actually have to set my oven to 288 degrees to get 300 on my thermometer. Also, when I turn the pan around after 9 minutes, I gently lay a sheet of foil on top. This helps to prevent browning.

I find wiping the mats with vinegar before helps a lot and no sticking!
