
This may be the tin to end all tins. I’d been sitting on it for a couple months, waiting for that right moment. This evening was that moment.
Toasted a sourdough ciabatta roll. Added the sardines, and butter, which quickly melted into liquid heaven. Threw some sliced red onion and power green mix on top, closed up the sandwich, and went to town.
This is it. This is sardine heaven. 🥹

how much did you pay though?
It is a really good tin, the moment I saw them first pop up online, I had to have them. They are amazing just on their own, but even better with crusty bread. I even butter basted a steak with it!
