Thought it was pretty decent, though due to my poor spice tolerance these noodles were super spicy.

If I can figure out how to make use of milk or cheese or maybe even greek yogurt to reduce the spiciness I might make them again bc I bought a 5 pack of these bc they were on sale.

I’d give it like a 6/10 when made straight from the package according to directions tbh.

just put mayo in them to reduce the heat (mayo on noodles is normal in japan) it’s good

I feel like these are a sort of rite of passage for spiceheads lol. Welcome to the club! I’m not the biggest fan of the weird sweet taste the sauce has, but the spice is nice. If you eat the rest of the packs straight up your tolerance will probably increase a bit.

If you mix in a spoonful or two of peanut butter in when it’s hot it cuts the spice down and is still very tasty

6/10 sounds about right. Personally, I love the carbonara by itself, but if you want to add stuff to it, the queso or quatto queso is a better choice.

Soft boiled egg. Two of them up and mix them up with the noodles. Not only will they taste better, make it more creamy, but also help cut that heat.

After a while you will be like the rest of us crazies and be putting on the extra 2X sauce from the bottle into them!

Had a coworker try to convince me he was into spicy like I am… I said okay and brought in two of these. He ate a few bites and tapped out.. lol

  7. The heat isn’t crazy, I just think the flavor is weird. Not my jam

If you leave the broth in there it won’t be as spicy. Ramen is supposed to have broth.

We put a bit of shredded mozzarella in ours, it’s good

Welcome to your spice journey. That’s where I started too, before I ventured towards super hot sauces. When you make it again, try adding milk or heavy cream or add a quarter to half the sauce packet. Work your way up from there.
