I tried this recipe last summer, in Italy, when I visited some relatives. They used only pasta, basil, olives, tuna, tomatoes and mozzarella. But I use what I have on hand.

Recipe:
▪️450g pasta
▪️65g green olives
▪️350g canned tuna
▪️55g grated carrot
▪️310g tomatoes
▪️15ml olive oil
▪️5g mustard
▪️Dried oregano/ basil, salt & pepper

  1. Boil the pasta, following the instructions written on the package.
  2. In a big bowl add the olive oil, mustard, salt, oregano/ basil and pepper. Wisk them together to create a more liquid dressing.
  3. Drain the pasta and add them into the bowl together with the dressing.
  4. Add the tuna, green olives, carrot and tomatoes.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 20-30min and serve cold.

Feel free to adapt the recipe as you like!
