Chili Garlic Cholula. It’s inbetween mild and medium, but what brings me back is the flavor. Great balance.

First pic, bottom row, all the way to the left. Louisiana Hot Sauce.

Valentina’s for tacos, Cholula for everything else

Gotta catch them all!

Tiger Sauce is one of the best “sweet heat” sauces I’ve had. Good on a lot of foods too. Love putting it on tacos combined with a medium or hot taco sauce.

Don’t sleep on Hank Sauce, all the way on the left of the first pic, 3rd row from the top. The “Witches’ Brew” is my favorite.

I just bought local hive and it’s good on fried chicken. That’s about it.

I don’t know what sauce the grenades are, but I’d buy them just on principle.
The Tabasco Extra Hot is a top flight one as a regular go-to.

The aardvark stuff I’ve had has been pretty decent.

el yucateco – green is delicious! most grocery stores carry green, red, black Caribbean and XXX. The XXX is really hot. I like the heat, but the flavor profile is usually too much for me to enjoy on most foods.

That yellow bird habanero is my go to. 🤌🤌

I 100% recommend the Old Bay hot sauce!! It’s so good on everything!

From personal experience, Old Bay is good with chicken and seafood, as is The General’s (the one that looks like a hand grenade), specifically Jalapeño and Habanero Garlic, with both being pretty good general use sauces as well. Only drawback is the price per bottle. Then there’s Chipotle Cholula, which I find surprisingly good with a rarer steak/cut of beef. Otherwise, I personally just use original Frank’s or Texas Pete for general dipping sauces.

I d enjoyed a lot of hot ones sauces but I am not up to date. Got some Secret aardvark up top which is probably my personal favorite of all time.
mrRabblerouser
In my experience, yellow bird and cholula don’t have a bad sauce. Melinda’s are like 90% miss with the occasional mediocre one. Other than Valentina and tapatio I’m not too familiar with a lot of the others
swampcreature666
Yellowbird habanero. By far my fav hot sauce.
thegreatvolcanodiver
Unhelpful note: Dude, just let your own peppers and fruits get old in brine together. It’s gonna be better than anything there.
fozzyb88
Slap Ya Momma has a hot sauce? Gonna have to try that.

Hot Ones actually has some decent sauces but they’re wayyyy overpriced. I love the Verde but I’d only buy it on sale for 7ish. Classic and Barbacoa also v good.

Nando’s Peri-Peri might be interesting if you’ve never had that before. The Medium is, well, medium, but the flavour-profile of birds-eye chili is different.
