Looks tasty! I was wondering if someone can answer a question related to bean sprouts… I have a hard time distinguishing between mung bean and soy bean sprouts. Sadly I’m moderately allergic to soy bean sprouts. How often are soy bean vs mung bean used? Like the common banchan. Which one is that usually?
Sorry for the hijack but all those sprouts reminded me I miss eating them.
