It really does taste like eggnog. If you ever had French vanilla ice cream or vanilla custard, it sorta tastes like that but also with a hint of nutmeg. So yeah, basically eggnog flavor.
Texture-wise, the ice cream is smooth and soft, very much like Tillamook’s.
Overall, it’s a really good holiday flavor that I highly recommend.

Its the non super premium mid range organic brand, Straus is the super premium organic brand. Youre about right in comparing it to Tillamook in that its also mid butterfat %, lower fat and calories, and therefore stabilized with gums and fillers. Straus has no gums and higher butterfat ala Haagen Dazs. You can tell which I prefer 😀
