Mammah! I went down memory lane and made a Chunky Sausage Gravy Steak Biscuit Sandwich

Mama, every now and again, I like to go down memory lane and revisit some of the places I used to grow up. So, I I decided I was going to go to the old neighborhood where I used to play in the yard all day long until them street lights came on and everybody used to sit on the porch and watch each other like they ain’t have nowhere else to go. And I used to order me a country fried steak biscuit with sausage gravy with cheese and honey. And them old folks used to talk about me. So, I decided I was going to make my own country fried steak biscuit with sausage gravy. So, I I got me some cube steaks and I cut those in half and I seasoned me some flour with some poo Wayne Cajun seasoning, some salt, some pepper, a little onion powder, and I add a little bit more milk until it was about right. And I stirred it up till it was good and cream and I said, “Oh yeah, that’s that’s about right now. So, it’s time for me to eat.” I pulled it right over that country fried steak and I even pulled it over my cheese and I said, “Oh yeah, this the way I
