I honestly don’t understand 18. Is that just due to a standard portafilter size? I’ve only ever brewed on a Robot so the chamber capacity is huge. I go 21 cause why wouldn’t I? Fuck it I’ll go 30 if I want to. You just keep the ratio the same it’s all good right?

Is this from the duo temp pro? How is it so crema-y? Did your machine time-out at the end of the brew?
So because I’m learning. What happens with taste if you grind finer and brew for a bit longer like this?
