Next time have them combine the 2… and add roast beef. A triple decker with corned beef pastrami and roast beef with Swiss and spicy brown mustard

My memory is that pastrami is smoked corned beef thus if you prefer smoked you prefer pastrami and if you prefer just salted beef go with corned beef. Loved Reubens since I was a kid but with hot mustard and never thousand island or Russian or whatever that stuff is.
