A survey from Tillamook County County Creamery Association and Talker Research recently released a study with results showing that the average participant eats about 3 grilled cheese sandwiches per month. While this study has its own limitations I found it interesting.
Fellow grilled cheese enthusiasts, how many grilled cheese sandwiches do you consume on average per month?

I eat one nearly everyday because I don’t know how to cook much of anything else 😅
When I was 12 or so, I only ate grilled cheese for an entire year. Once I was done, I didnt have one for about 10 months. And now I average about three a week.
3 grilled cheeses a month is just statistical error. The average person eats 0 grilled cheeses per month. Grilled Cheese Georg, who lives in cave & eats over 10,000 each day, is an outlier and should not have been counted.
I’d say that’s pretty spot on, but I wonder if they’re counting melts as well?
That sounds about right. Its one of our go-to quick meals when we’re busy or if we don’t have much and need to go grocery shopping.

Unfortunately not. Retired. Have a monthly menu plan. Grilled cheese makes it on the list every 8-12 weeks. BUT, I have been known to make one for my nightly bedtime snack!
I have eaten more than three grilled cheese sandwiches in the past 24 hours.
Just had 2 for dinner.
