Finally, after months of tweaking and getting to know my starter we have made a beautiful loaf. Canโ€™t wait to see the crumb ๐Ÿคญ

    INGREDIENTS
    * 100 g bubbly, active starter (70% hydration 1/2 whole wheat bread flour, 1/2 white bread flour)
    * 375 gย  warm water, or more.
    * 150 g whole wheat bread flour
    * 350 g white bread flour
    * 9 to 12 g fine sea salt
