My student lunch today: rice with tuna, onion and curry. A cheap classic.

    I fried the onions in a little oil. I added the rice with some vegetable stock. Then I gradually added water and finally a can of tuna at the end of cooking.

    I think it looks delicious, and has the right amount of everything too. I always keep tuna in my cupboard, mostly canned, for the times I need a quick solution for dinner. Had never tried this one though, and inspired to try next time!
