There’s a chicken cutlet sandwich from my childhood that I’ve been chasing ever since.
It was from my local pizza & sub place in southern NH (late 90s early 2000s) and every time I’ve tried to recreate it or try someone else’s it’s just not been the same.

Love them but never have them anymore. A deli by my high school in nyc used to sell generously sized chicken cutlet sandwiches for just $5. The place has long since closed unfortunately.

I only like them if they are messy with sauce. Preferably a mixture of ranch and buffalo
My thoughts are generally “why am I not eating a chicken cutlet sandwich” or “I wish I had a chicken cutlet sandwich.”
Love em, lil nicks has some of the best in my opinion. The DAG 2.0 comes with prosciutto, burrata, and hot honey.
