Hey dad, what are you doing? I am making a goi salad. So basamic vinegaret, few leaves of mixed greens, parsley, taragan. Taragon with salad is delicious. Chives and of course shallots, few tomatoes. And then we toss everything together nicely. When that’s done, you take the goat cheese which is rolled in herb the province because I am from southern France. And then you take it and you put it in the oven. You plate the salad first nicely. Go get the warm goat cheese that we put on the side. And then you have a nice go cheese salad mixed green balsamic vinegaret. And it’s not French.
