I was plunking some Patagonia mussels into my Rainbow Tomatoes Garden shopping cart, and I noticed they’d pinned a link to this YouTube video from four years back. I hadn’t watched it myself for a couple of years, so I clicked in. It remains just such great entertaining, educational stuff. It’s sort of criminal, really, that the view count stands 8 thousand this morning; it oughta be ten times that. Or more. I mean there’s 120K subscribers just to this subreddit. Winter’s coming: If you’re relatively new to the Wide World of Seafood in Tins, sit by the fire, fire up the ‘Tubes, and catch up on the years’ worth of fun-lightenment Mr. Jabroni has on tap.

Extra credit fun: If you go in chronological order, and cut back and forth between Matt Carlson’s Canned Fish Files and SlowJabroni’s offerings, you can enjoy those two batting the (fish)ball back and forth. If Carlson is the king of tinned seafood reviews on YouTube, SlowJabroni is his court jester. How is this free to watch??
