
I hope this is allowed on this sub. I've been lurking for a while and I followed your advice of 1500 kcal a day max for the past half a year and I walk for an hour every day (usually on a treadmill). It's done wonders. I wasn't really that large but I haven't been able to get out much lately so I put on some weight.
In the mornings I usually make a shake with oatmeal, peanut butter, almond milk, and a banana. That's around 300-350 kcal and keeps me from being hungry for most of the day. I do eat a light lunch and then just a normal evening meal.

Whoa, nice, congrats 🙂 Noticed it on myself as well. For some reason, it felt like it instantly was that way. Didn’t notice during the process.
