Guys, we’re making sloppy joe’s. And the secret for me are these dried chopped onions. Let’s go ahead and get started. I got my ground beef in a pan. I’m going to break that up. And I’m just going to cook it off till it’s all brown. And I’m going to remove all the excess grease. Then we’re going to go ahead and season. Start with some salt. This is going to be simple today. Black pepper. We throw in a little bit of garlic powder. That’s it for my dried spices. Next, we go in with those chopped dried onions. I’m loading it up. These have a lot of flavor. Then we go with the ketchup. That’s going to add a nice sweetness. You know, that’s how your sloppy joe’s are. Kind of oniony sweet. We’re also going to add in just a little bit of tomato sauce to stretch this out a little bit. And then a dab of mustard and some worst. And guys, a little bit of brown sugar. That’s it. Mix that stuff around. And we’re going to let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Sloppy Joe’s are ready. Let me show you how we plate. I got a bun that’s going down on the grill. We’ll get it nice and toasty. Chips go on the plate. I put those in like a circular motion. Then the bun’s going to go on there. We’re going to build the sloppy joe right on this. And we’re going to add a little onto those chips, too. Almost like we’re making little sloppy joe nachos. Next, we go down with some sharp cheddar cheese. I think that works great with your sloppy joe. Get that toasty bun. Throw it right on top. Guys, that’s it. Look at that. Just get in there and enjoy. Man, what a treat. Thanks for watching. Cheers everyone.

Literally made these last night, & they were delicious. I added chilli powder & paprika, but otherwise, stuck to your recipe. I made them vegan, because my mum likes to eat as plant based as possible (& quite frankly I’m not picky & had everything needed in the house). Honestly? Of all the times I’ve made sloppy joes, these were the best ones. You were sooooo right about the dried onions. PERFECTIOIN! And I didn’t need to chop anything for once hah! Thanks dude ✌🏻
Simply Delicious 😋
❤️
Slochos.
I do the same thing. My only difference is I add some sweet relish.
Interesting.
I like the chip idea, but I prefer my sloppy joes a little more sloppy/saucy.
No way sorority girls eat this.
Old lady I used to work with and miss showed me her secret ingredient, a half a can of Campbell's chicken gumbo soup for each pound of meat along with the other usual things like kev used. Really good.
Gotta have cole slaw to top mine off
That looks MONEY!!!!
I love the chips because you need something to scoop up the leftovers!!😊
If you ever do a cookbook, I'll buy one
I miss the butter on the buns though…
Just made sloppy joes last night! I use the good ol' Betty Crocker recipe that calls for diced onion, green peppers and celery. What a treat!
Needs Bell peppers and a little garlic
Amazing… you can really elevate ordinary meals‼️ 🥰
All the meals are quick now…dudes important. What a treat
What's the difference between chopped dried onions and minced onions?
Yummy 😋

Y so much?
My favorite school lunch was sloppy joes!!!❤
I made this for my family tonight and it was a huge hit, even the picky eater had seconds. Since I cant eat meat or soy, I made sauce, put on toasted French roll and added avocado to it and color jack cheese. It was really delicious. I love your channel. Thank you
I tried this recipe tonight. It was really good! Can you do a beef stew?
Add a lil sour cream on the buns! Sounds kinda weird but gives a nice flavor!!
I remember when my sister told my dad she hates onions and he said you ate em everytime I made sloppy joes

Oh my goodness..this brings back so many memories. I was born in the 60's and my mom made sloppy joes often, probably because it was affordable for our large family. I forgot all about it. I don't eat meat, but I know my huband will love this. Thank you for sharing.
It's art! I just had sloppy joes the other day a d I put those dried onions in too.
