Had a fresh baguette and some flank steak, so made a sandwich with gruyere, pesto mayo, caramelized red onions, and a little romaine. I should have taken a close-up after taking a bite, but it was too good and couldn't think straight. Made some smashed potatoes with garlic aioli for the side.
