I haven't found any good YouTube videos and my plants all look like they're dying. Any tips or links for growing help?

I’ve grown a bunch indoors since the end of the season here, mine are doing pretty well so far! Started my seeds in pro mix (like a coco coir mix thing) and kept them well watered til the first leaves arrived, then moved them into potting soil in kitchen deli quart sized cups. They have multiple sets of leaves now. No heating other than pads, I have some HLG grow light panels above them, very close to the leaves. Your setup looks like maybe your lights are too far away? But I’m not an expert either lighting, so maybe someone else will chime in.

How cold is the area you’re growing in? Also, what is the soil they’re growing in? When was it last amended/fertilized?

I concur with the other poster here about correct light spacing during vegetative stage compared to the fruiting stage. Start by checking your light spacing guide for each cycle. Personally, for indoor tomatoes, I’d go DWC to make it easier. Your soil might be too wet to start seedlings in causing root rot. Containers indoors hold more water than say outdoor beds. So start seedlings in Dixie cups, then transplant when they begin to fill in the cup. How’s the drainage on your containers? How often are you watering? How warm is the soil in the containers and ambient temperatures in your grow space?70°-80°F is ideal but no lower than 60°f.
