“This event brings together the very best of culinary creativity and world-class winemaking and is a true celebration of flavour, quality, craftsmanship and sophistication.

“The evening is set to be truly memorable, and we can’t wait to welcome our guests.”

Guests will be welcomed with an apéritif and canapés before being seated for a four-course menu, paired with a variety of Pommery champagnes.

Canapés will include Lindisfarne oysters with Exmoor caviar and whipped goat’s cheese with beets and blackcurrant.

The menu will feature salt-baked celeriac with mushrooms and truffle, Isle of Uig turbot with scallop mousseline and Sparl Brae mussels, Iberico pig with cabbage, chervil root, hazelnut and jus, and a dessert of apple and vanilla arlettes with ice cream and apple marigold.

Pommery, founded in 1858 in Reims, is one of France’s largest and most respected champagne houses.

It is known for being the first to commercialise brut champagne in 1874.

Tickets for the event are priced at £75 per person.
