I’ve always found the idea of cooking a roast intimidating, I grew up eating horrendous roasts cooked by my mum where all the individual pieces would be ready at different times. This was my first attempt and I think I nailed it!

Here we have Roast chicken(stuffed with lemon, sage, rosemary, thyme and garlic), parsnips, carrots, cauliflower cheese, mixed peas/beans, roasties and a Yorkshire pudding.
