I am considering setting up a cottage food op, and madeleines are on my list of potential items to sell. Do these look appealing enough? Would you buy them?

I think you already know the answer…….
    These look incredible.

Yep I would definitely buy these! I think you could probably charge $2/piece easily, maybe close to $3 depending on the bakery competition in your area. A bundle of 5 for like $10 would be an easy buy for me from a market stand or pop up event.

    How’s your hump?

(Bake off final technical was a tower of Madeline’s, and a lot of emphasis was put on the hump)

    They look delightful tho!

These look like something you’d find in a fancy café display case. The glaze and chocolate finish are on point.

Sorry but they look terrible. If you send them to me, I can dispose of them properly for you 😉

Delicious looking! but, the garnishes on the two outside groups look a bit … not quite (professional? Not pretty? Too small?) right. Can’t find the right word, but I think maybe change those, and you’ve got something you can market.

No, they look terrible. I’ll help you out & take them off your hands. On another subject, do you have a glass of milk?

  13. Yes, if you are doing craft fairs, make sure u check your state laws. Here, we can sell with no license.
Be prepared with a full detailed ingredient list.Big enough to read. To avoid any allergy issues.
Some people print up ingredients and stick to the back of product pkg. These do look awesome. If you plan on doing this for big groups, put your # or contact on Project or have cards.
We did this with choc covered pretzels. They have great Pretzel self seal bags on Amazon. We did every flavor lot’s of toppings.
We ended up withweddingg orders and had lots of fun! Good Luck! There is a market for wedding favors, homeade and treats like this, for lots of things I applaud you.
