    I’ve got a recipe down that I’m liking. This is the same recipe I posted recently but instead of bread flour I used 00 and cut the dough balls to 16oz. The pizza ended ip being like 15 but I was afraid to overstretch and make my pie too thin.

    So what’s next? I’m going to use the rest of the 00 dough and then start with my next dough, Bay State Milling Golden Lion. And just perhaps after that I want to try to do a 70/30 mix with 00.

    I’ve kept my partner involved by asking her to make homemade sauces, so far this has been a fun yet very stressful and occasionally infuriating hobby!
