Hi group. This is my first time in 5+ years not receiving a box as expected. I received this email. Has anyone else in this position found that the food is still good? Or do we have to toss it all? I hate wasting food, so I'm really hoping it's true that it stays cold. Thanks!

Depends on how cold it is outside, honestly. If the ice packs are still frozen you should be gone. If not, I’ve reported a delayed box and gotten a full refund.
Sometimes we just buy fresh meat/dairy and still use the vegetables and spices to make the meal.
Yes – especially this time of year. Just check condition upon receipt – if the proteins are at/above 40ºF, report back to HF. If less than 40ºF, all good and enjoy.
