Back with another 2-ingredient chocolate mousse cake! As always, itβs gluten-free, dairy-free, and free from refined sugar β but this time, itβs made with just bananas and chocolate.π€€
Ingredients:
β’3 ripe bananas
β’9 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (I use dairy free and refined sugar free chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and add them to a high-speed blender.
2. Melt the chocolate, then pour it into the blender with the bananas.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Optional: Top with chopped chocolate and flaky sea salt.
5. Refrigerate for several hours, or until fully set, then slice and enjoy!
6. Store any leftovers in the fridge. This recipe also freezes well.

I’m back at it with another twoingredient chocolate mousse cake, but this time it’s made with just bananas and melted chocolate. I seriously can’t believe it’s only two ingredients. It’s so good. All you have to do is add some bananas and melted chocolate to a high-speed blender and blend. Add the mixture to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and place in the fridge. Then slice into pieces and enjoy. [Music]

Yummy π
I love making this itβs so yummy and definitely helps your cravings for more sweets
Sure, it's chocolate, but it's also gonna taste like bananas. The only thing in life that should taste like bananas, are bananas.
π€Nothing new here. Itβs an old recipe from years ago. Itβs disgusting. π©β¦..But hey, if you love bananas, and especially chocolate dipped bananas and no sugar, go for it.
Why is everyone freaking about the (very reasonable) assumption that it's surely going to taste like bananas? π No one's flipping over the (very reasonable) assumption that it might just taste like chocolate, yum π±
It's not like she's trying to slip sardines in there…
Bananas are magical!!!!
85% dark chocolate?
But with banana and chocolate how is it fluffy?

How long in the frezzer
…………..this is why girls have headaches 24/7….
I would recommend not using bananas that are too ripe. Mine tasted way too sweet and way too strongly of banana. At least that was what I thought after refrigerating it. I then put it in the freezer and for whatever reason, the sweetness was less overwhelming afterward and reminded me more of a chocolate gelato.
Thanksπ
