Super satisfying 314cal lunch and cheers for these bagels!
This is a Royo everything bagel- I recently ordered some and I’m really loving them (that’s “everything” bits on the apple quarters.)

FYI: I was very skeptical of the calories on these bagels are they are more than the label shows. I weighed out a bagel and it’s always 30 grams more than the serving size
