Miami Beach’s dining scene welcomes a new culinary statement with the debut of SILK, a Japanese-Italian steakhouse where tradition meets transformation. Opening Nov. 13 in the former Chotto Matte Space, the 6,000-square-foot restaurant combines refined cuisine, sleek design and nightly entertainment to create a whole sensory experience.

“We’re thrilled to be opening our doors in Miami Beach and allowing our guests to see the heart and passion at SILK,” said owner Pietro Polini. “SILK is more than just dining. It’s about immersion. Every detail, from the menu to the music to the art on our walls, is designed to transport our guests into a world where Japanese and Italian traditions exist in perfect harmony.”
SILK channels the Lincoln Road’s iconic flair with an atmosphere that blends Miami’s energy and modern elegance. Its monochrome white interiors, the space itself is contrasted with lush greenery and bold portraits of influential figures, including Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe, Elton John and more, creating a space that feels both refined and alive. The atmosphere evolves each evening with live jazz, piano and vocal performances, giving way to DJ-led sets that transform dinner into an experience.
