Skoob’s Village Grille in Lancaster, NY (20 minutes east of Buffalo) is a wonderful little spot! They have .69 cent wings on Wednesdays; specialty sauces are .99 cents a wing. Great deal!

Side of Skoob’s hot sauce is the pro move here, which packs some serious heat and flavor! The sauce is said to include (but not limited to) ghost peppers, Trinidad scorpions, and jalapeños.
Their Skooby Lovin’ wings, featuring that homemade hot sauce, were ranked as the best extra hot wing in WNY by the Buffalo Wing Coalition and they live up to the hype!
