

I threw down a tuna steak marinated in Bachans Sweet Honey when the chimney was just about ready to be dumped to grill some burgers. Turned out great for my taste. Lol. May have cooked it a tad more than I needed to internally but still a fun new thing to throw down over coal! This was over Royal Oak Super Sized briquets my go to when I’m out of Fogo Black Bag.

Love me some grilled tuna! I don’t know how people can eat it out of a can or pouch after having a proper chunk of tuna. I live in the Midwest and I can still even get sushi grade tuna easily to make sushi or poke.
I haven’t tried tuna steak before. Man, that looks amazing, I wish I was your neighbor
