I have never had an artich choke before. Like I’ve had like hearts and stuff, but I’ve never had a whole artich choke. So, I actually ended up making my own stuffed artich choke, which was a journey. And then I know people usually dip it in like mayo. I actually just took the leftover broth and made like a slurry to thicken it cuz I’m not really a mayo person. And that’s going to be my dipping sauce. I also had to watch some videos on how to eat an artichoke. So, I’m going to start with this one here. Going to dip it really hot. First of all, this Yes.
