This is how to make Trader Joe’s pizza batter using only Trader Joe’s ingredients, including the Trader Joe’s dough. First, shape the dough. I use these two fingers and shape it into a circle. Then, I put the dough in Pyrex storage containers and let it sit for at least 2 hours. These are Trento Samaran tomatoes I got from Trader Joe’s and I just hand squeeze them until you get a sauce. And I add 7 g of sea salt for the whole can. Then, I grind some low moisture whole milk. After, preheat your oven at the highest possible temp. I take the dough out of the container and flour it up with semolina. You can use any type of flour honestly including allpurpose or bread. Lock in a crust and I like to dimple down the dough to maintain the aireriness throughout the crust. To stretch, you want to form knuckles like this and just let gravity stretch the dough and keep on going in a circle. Then flour your peel. Added this much sauce and evenly spread it. At this point, check if the dough is sticking and also fix the shape of it to be more circular. Add in the shredded cheese and also add fresh moss for the creaminess and aesthetic. And then do a final stretch with the weight of the toppings so you get your desired size. Give it a little shake test. So my pizza isn’t sticking to the peel. So you want to make sure you get the front part of the pizza at the end of the steel so that it covers the whole steel. Give it a 180 turn halfway through and bake for 8 minutes total. For the final touches, I like to oil up the crust, add basil and parmesan ratio. I would say that the dough is a little bit on dense side. There’s also like a sweetness to the dough. Pretty convenient thing to do on a weekday if you have all the tools. All right, thanks for watching.
