  2. If you blend a bit of boiled vegetables to a smoothie and add it again to the pot before adding noodles, it'll taste better 😊

  4. I boil chicken bones to make my own stock, then add the veggies; chicken & noodles last. But it takes many hours!

  5. Se ve rica la sopita, pero acá en mi país es diferente el pollo en presa, verduras (ñame, yuca , zanahoria);y pequeños fideos con caldo que contiene orégano y listo

  7. Adding in grated fresh turmeric (use gloves 😂) and ginger when the mirepoix is softened, a bit of grated lemon rind when the broth is added then the juice right before serving-great for the immune system.

  9. Just Why would you not sear the Chicken first? Then add the Veggies then the broth? Why would you eat a bowl of boiled things and pretend it’s good and doesn’t taste like Water? 😢

  11. I make mine conpletely feom scratch. I cook a whole chicken with the bones in. While the chicken cooks in the pot of water. I add a bunch of fresh thyme, bay leaves and peppercorn. I cut up carrots, celery. Once the chicken is cooked and meat starts to fall apart a little. I take the chicken out. Let ir cool and start to debone it and shred the meat. Toss the veggies in to cook. Once chicken is shredded toss that back into the pot. It has so much flavor. Homemade chicken noodle is definitely the best
