Overall, they aren’t. It’s 140 calories per stick and you get 5 which is 700 calories for a whole order. The cheese sticks are 100 calories per stick and you get 10 which is 1000 calories for a whole order. It also looks like the bread sticks are cut longer

The breadsticks are full length, where as the cheese sticks are half the size of the plain bread stick.
Which is disappointing to find out AFTER you receive them when you have never ordered them before.
