My wife and I relocated to the Buffalo / Rochester area right at two years ago, this month. I work in a field that has me spending a few days each week at locations in both cities.
I have been on my own wing tour by a bit of happenstance. I have been to what seems like every heavy hitter in the city. Bar Bill, Elmo's, Nine-Eleven, Wingnutz, Gabriel's, Duffs, Anchor, Kelly's Korner… Dozens more.
The absolute best wings I've ever had, are the ones we make at home.
The absolute best wings I've ever had in a restaurant, are these. My wife and I go at least once a month. Absolutely banging.
Not breaded, fried, tossed, thrown in a pizza oven, tossed again. Crispy. Tender. Nothing short of perfection.
Behold…

Check their hours if you go, I believe they don't open until 4p on weekdays.
These were buffalo hot.
10 for $16, I believe $1 each on Wednesdays.

Not wing related but being in the Rochester area if you get a chance stop into Cams Pizza, the one by the college is pretty meh but the one on Brighton is usually spot on. Only thing I miss about living in NY.
