Pizza night! This week’s special was my take on a classic. Mozzarella and Scamorza mix, grated Pecorino Romano, homemade sweet Italian sausage, and sautéed peppers and onions with garlic and Marsala.

Way better than the average pizzerias in Italy. I love the crunchy crust and the seasoning: it’s gorgeous!

You make some of the most outstanding pizzas I’ve seen, your other one with the chunky sauce looked incredible too.

I just ate cooked pasta with nothing on it (tight month) and this would solve my woes right now

What’s your dough recipe/method and stone temp+cook time? I have a ooni and can never get the crust just right. I usually do a low and slow where the fire is turned down as low as possible with a stone temp of around 800 in the middle but still it’s a struggle.

  7. Oh this is legit my kind of pizza, from the crust right down to the toppings

Usually not my go to toppings but that is a sexy ass pizza. I’ll take twelve please and thank you. 😊

This looks… involved. I mean, it looks great, but nothing us mere mortals could make.

I don’t even need to check the username with your posts, I’m just like “hey that’s no pattern” and upvote. Are you a chef professionally?
