The mix of smoke, oil, noise, and flavour — it's chaos in the best way. Every time I travel, I end up at some food stall thinking, “This is the real five-star dining.”

While it looks great food like that has often been sitting like that for hours and I personally wouldn’t. Great way to ruin a vacation.

Hyper sensitive stomachs used to fried potatoes, baked, re-fried, baked again and covered in yellow edible plastic have some real serious opinions about food vendors in other countries. This is real food, fresh ingredients, for sale, outside. You have to use your best judgment like any eatery on the planet.

  9. The projectile diarrhea hits different targets than it does back home. Good luck with that.
