Might as well for that price. I have a smokey Joe and a 22″ performer. I use the smokey Joe more often for my family of 3. It uses less fuel and works just fine.
I also made a mini WSM with an old tamale pot. I’ve used it to smoke all kinds of stuff, including a rib roast.

If I didn’t already have one, I’d jump at it. That said, I never use ours since it’s pretty much limited to direct cooking a few small things. I’ve been seriously thinking of doing the mini Smokey Joe hack with a big steamer pot though.

I use mine so much with the mini vortex. Perfect for wings for 1-2 people. Great for getting a blazing hot fire to sear and not have to use as much charcoal.

Yes, I have one and use it all the time when I just want to make a few things for dinner. Just easier to use with less charcoal than the full size grill. I would buy a few at that price. At that price, you could buy them just for the grill grates and still end up saving money.
