my low calorie sauces. This is my creamy ranch sauce. 1 minute prep and better than anything you’ll get at the store. Let’s do it. Half cup fat-free Greek yogurt/2 cup light mayo/4 cup any milk. A squeeze of lemon. Two garlic cloves. Dill, onion powder, salt and pepper. Give that a quick shake. Now blend that up until it’s nice and smooth. Add in some fresh parsley and chives. Mix that up. Add it to a squeeze bottle or any container. And there you go. Enjoy.

  1. Looks great in general, but it’s nice to see low cal dressings. I just skip them but this is making want to try it!
