First time grilling a whole chicken. I'm not sure why I hadn't tried this before. Grilled chicken is the best.
I brushed it with olive oil, seasoned it with salt, pepper, and an Italian herb mix. I cooked it at around 395°F until it reached 164°F, and then rested for 15 minutes.

    I bought poultry shears just for that method, it works so well. I haven’t done it on the grill yet but for turkey it’s the best
