Quick B/E/C Bagel 😁 while cooking the bacon and toasting a bagel mix some mayo, pickle juice, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper to taste…I don't bother adding salt since bacon is already salty…mix it up and adjust to taste. By now, the bacon should be crispy and the bagel toasted, spread your sauce, add the bacon, then fry a couple eggs in the bacon fat. Add a slice of cheese and enjoy!
