I’d say the front two for sure. What kind did you get? They look healthy!

The one on the left is bang on,the middle one is too wee,and the right hand will be a bit woody. This is like the 3 bears fairy tale! 😄

The right one looks big enough…hard to tell with the middle one. The left one could stand a few more days, but can be harvested now if you are in the mood to eat it.
Note: radish leaves make a great pesto.

Pick them all if they get too big they get woody

Looks like it. I find that after about 35 to 40 days they tend to split especially with more water being applied at the time of harvest. I never left them in for longer but harvest one and then if it looks good, grab the others.
I have only grown one variety sofar which matures after 30 days from sowing. Check your sow to maturity and if its in that range, try it out.

Yes, and honestly it’s always better to harvest a bit early since if they stay in too long they just turn tough and woody.

Looking good
Fun fact Letting them stay in the ground You can continuously harvest the leaves Which are full of nutrients
Also these little babies love the cooler seasons

I pulled up a batch of Cherry Belle radishes this morning and ate them for lunch. Cooked the greens for supper. They were about the size of yours. I never worry about harvesting them too early. So much better than waiting too long.
Today I cut up a handfull of radishes and half an apple. Mixed them with some cottage cheese. A good lunch salad. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of ready-made Thousand Islands dressing or ready-made French dressing.
Cherry Belle has been so tasty this year. These were planted a month ago and were at their peak today. Such a fine vegetable!
