    If you live near a Sprouts, try Kooshy Mambo Italiano croutons and grind them up for the breadcrumbs. They are amazing and all natural!

    Pan fry in batches? How many people were you looking to serve?

    I’ve got pork tenderloins in the freezer, want to do it, but can’t really finish more than 1/2 of one by myself – especially if breaded and fried. Thinking of just keeping half of the breaded cutlets in the fridge overnight and frying them the next day.

    I love mine nice and thin like this too! It’s such a PITA breading them though, I haven’t made them in years lol. Always a huge mess in the kitchen 🙁

    Now… to all the Italian Americans out there: did you use the leftover egg and breadcrumbs and press that into patties and fry? Don’t waste anything, and it’s really delicious, even though it’s just egg and breadcrumbs. We parmigiana them , add broccoli rabe. IYKYK
