Still getting comfortable with making bread. But this is probably the best loaf I’ve made to date

I'm still really new to bread making and have made maybe a dozen or two loaves. Some were… not so great, but this one I believe is the best one I've had so far! Kneaded by hand since I didnt want to commit to a stand mixer if I didn't like making bread. But I'm quite enjoying kneading by hand, it's a nice stress reliever
