Sauce is soy sauce, butter, rice vinegar, msg, Sriracha, ginger, oyster sauce, sweetened plum and fresh lemon at the end to brighten it back up.

Edit: 3 tblspoon unsalted butter, 2.5 tblspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, just enough ginger to exist as in as soon as you can taste it then its enough, few dashes of msg, 2 teaspoons of sky valley Sriracha, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of sweetened condensed plum *or* honey with a few squeezes of fresh lemon as soon as it comes off. Heat as low as possible without cubing the butter so once emulsion is done its a bit thicker and then put it in your squirt/sauce bottle. It shouldn’t break apart later if emulsion was done properly. Ive worked on this recipe for a while now and can say im pretty proud of it lol

That looks pretty good. The food, I mean. That plate makes me want to gouge out my eyes.
