[RECIPE BELOW] Shrimp Scampi

[RECIPE]

1.) First, we will season our shrimp with 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, and garlic seasoning. (Go with as much shrimp as you desire)
Then in an oiled pan on medium-high heat cook the shrimp for 2-3mins on each side. (Set the shrimp aside once cooked)

2.) Begin to boil some water for our pasta. Cook it, strain it, and set aside. I went with angel hair, but you can use whatever kind you’d like.

3.) In a separate pan melt down half to a full stick of butter. Once the butter is melted we will add in 1-3tbsp of minced garlic, the juice from one lemon, and a tsp of pepper flakes. Sauté you garlic in the butter lemon mixture for around 2-3 minutes

4.) At this point all that’s left to do is add in your pasta, shrimp and some freshly chopped/grated parsley and parmesan cheese

5.) ENJOY!

Did you know that if you season and cook raw shrimp, melt down a full stick of butter, then add the juice from one lemon along with some garlic and pepper flakes? Finally, give it all a good mix with some angel hair pasta, parsley, the shrimp from earlier, and parmesan. You will have just made the most delicious shrimp scampy. Enjoy.
